SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Paper Submission Guidelines

The IEEE International Conference on Artificial Intelligence for Green Energy (ICAIGE26), co-located with the 3rd Symposium on Smart, Sustainable, and Secure IoT (S4IoT’26), invites high-quality original research papers addressing recent advances in:

  • Artificial Intelligence for Automation of Energy Systems 
  • Artificial Intelligence for Engineering Applications 
  • Artificial Intelligence for Biomedical, Bioinformatics, and Bioprocess
  • Renewable Energy, Distributed Generation, and Smart Grids 
  • Power converters and energy storage systems
  • Cloud-Edge Computing and Digital Twins
  • IoT-Enabled Green Energy Systems and Smart Infrastructure
  • Fault diagnosis and fault tolerant operation of renewable energy systems and electric vehicles

Only original and unpublished research contributions will be considered.

Before you begin

  • All manuscripts must be written in English.
  • The standard length is 6 pages in IEEE double-column format.
  • Up to 1 additional page are allowed with an extra fee.
  • The maximum length is 7 pages. Papers exceeding this limit will be rejected.

Authors must create an account in the IEEE conference management system before submission:

After registration, a confirmation email will be sent to activate your account.

Paper Format and Templates

All papers must strictly follow the IEEE Conference format.

  • Use only the official IEEE templates.
  • Do not use IEEE Transactions format.
  • Authors’ affiliations must appear below the authors’ names.
  • Do not place acknowledgments or affiliations at the bottom of the first page.
  • Do not include page numbers.
  • Do not include authors’ photos or biographies.

Fonts and Typography

*Use Times-family fonts (e.g., Times New Roman, Nimbus Roman, Liberation).

*All fonts must be embedded in the final PDF file.


Failure to embed fonts is one of the most common causes of rejection.

Acknowledgments and Self-Citations

*Place acknowledgments near the end of the last page, before references.

*Avoid excessive self-citations. Irrelevant or abusive self-citation may result in rejection.

Use of Artificial Intelligence Tools

*Authors must comply with the IEEE policy on AI-generated content..

*Any use of AI tools for generating text, figures, images, or code must be disclosed in the Acknowledgments section, including :

  • The AI tool used
  • The sections generated or supported by AI
  • The level of involvement of the AI system

AI used only for grammar or language editing does not require mandatory disclosure, but it is recommended.

Creating the Final PDF

PDF files must comply with IEEE technical requirements and include all embedded fonts.You may generate your PDF using :

  • Adobe Acrobat
  • Microsoft Word / LibreOffice / OpenOffice
  • GNU Ghostscript, PrimoPDF, CutePDF, PDF Forge, etc.

Submission Process – 3 Simple Steps

STEP 1 - Prepare Your Manuscript

ormat your paper using the IEEE double-column template (6–8 pages max).

STEP 2 – Online Submission

Upload your paper via the official submission system after registering.

STEP 3 – Camera-Ready Submission

If accepted, carefully address reviewers’ comments and submit the final camera-ready version according to the provided guidelines.

Important Notice

Only registered and presented papers will be included in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
