General Information

Registration fees include all applicable taxes.

Registration fees include 21% VAT.

Note: Payments must be received by the corresponding deadlines (early or late). If payment is not received by the specified date, the higher (late) rate will automatically apply.

Full Conference Registration Includes :

Access to all technical sessions and keynote talks

Conference materials (digital proceedings, program, etc.)

Coffee breaks and lunches during the conference days

Certificate of attendance and/or participation

To register for ICAIGE26 (co-located with the 3rd Symposium on Smart, Sustainable, and Secure IoT – S4IoT’26), please complete the online registration form in three simple steps :

Please ensure that all transfer fees are covered by the sender. After completing the transfer, kindly send a copy of the payment receipt to : registration@icaige.com ; Your registration will be validated once payment has been received and confirmed by the ICAIGE 2026 Finance Office.

( Only for Tunisian Universities )

Only for Tunisian Universities ; Universities and public institutions in Tunisia may complete the payment process through an official order form issued in the name of ICAIGE26.

A scanned copy of the official order form must be sent to registration@icaige.comtn before the registration deadline.

By Cash Payment

( On-Site Registration )

Participants who have completed their online registration may finalize payment on-site at the conference venue.

This method is recommended for those preferring to pay directly at the conference. Please note that on-site registration is available only for pre-registered participants through the online registration form.
