A letter of invitation is provided only after completing registration for the summit or conferences and paying the conference registration fee. This letter may be required to obtain a visa or permission to attend the event.

• Full Name
• Mailing Address
• Accepted Paper Number
• Accepted Paper Title
• Any additional details required by your country for the visa application

Please note that the summit and conferences cannot contact or intervene with any Embassy or Consulate abroad on your behalf. It is strongly recommended to begin your visa application process early. Providing complete and accurate information will help avoid delays in receiving your invitation letter.
